Thank you to everyone who was involved in the hugely successful  NYT production of The Seagull.  A big congratulations to the cast of sixteen youth theatre members who were magnificent. A big thank you also to the youth theatre groups who came and supported the show during its sell out run.

The Arts Council are now accepting applications under the small arts festivals scheme. Funding of up to 20,000 is available towards events happening in 2010.

Garda Vetting Reminder


The big event on this year's Young Critic programme, the public panel discussion, will take place in the Project Arts Centre on Sunday 4th October as part of the Ulster Bank Dublin Theatre Festival.  Find Out More

North Tipperary Arts Office are currently recruiting a temporary Youth Theatre Assistant to work with the North Tipperary Youth Theatre.

 The closing date is 9th September.  Find out More

The closing date for the next round of Garda Vetting is Friday September 25th. Any adults involved in your youth theatre with substantial unsupervised access to members should be vetted.

Forms are available from the NAYD Office and can be requested by emailing Anna Galligan. A section on Garda Vetting is now included in our Advice Centre.
