Cast Announced
A huge thank
you and well done to everyone who auditioned to be in the cast of
the National Youth Theatre production of A Midsummer
Nights Dream. It was extremely difficult to choose
just 20 youth theatre members and after much deliberation we are
delighted to announce the cast of NYT 2008.

Funding
for Young Ensembles

New pilot funding scheme. Targeting groups of young people aged
12-23 who are working collaboratively to create art across a range
of artforms.
Grants from €500
- €20,000. Application forms/guidelines available from Arts
Council website. Closing date is 23rd May.

is offering two youth theatres the chance to take part in Scotland's
National Festival Of Youth Theatres, organised by Promote YT, which
takes place in Aberdeen in October. We will support the cost of
travel, accommodation etc

We are now seeking two
Night-Time Welfare Officers for the duration of the National Youth
Theatre 2008. Candidates should be available for the majority of
nights between July 27th and August 31st. All applicants
must be aged 25 or over and will be subject to Garda Vetting.
